Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using DiscCam, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use DiscCam.

Using DiscCam

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DiscCam for lawful personal purposes, subject to these terms and the applicable app store rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and creative content you use in DiscCam.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to capture, edit, export, and share that content. Do not use DiscCam to violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

Purchases and DiscCam Pro

DiscCam Pro is available through Monthly and Yearly subscriptions or a Lifetime one-time, non-consumable purchase. Purchases are billed by Apple or Google under the relevant store’s rules. Prices and billing periods are shown before you confirm a purchase. RevenueCat helps DiscCam validate purchases and manage Pro access.

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple or Google subscription settings before renewal. Deleting DiscCam does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues for the remaining paid period unless the store changes or revokes the purchase.

Lifetime provides ongoing access to DiscCam’s Core Pro features without recurring subscription payments, subject to legitimate store refunds or revocations. It does not automatically include materially different services offered in the future.

Use Restore Purchases in DiscCam’s Settings or paywall to restore eligible purchases with the relevant store account. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s or Google’s applicable policies and your rights under consumer law.

On-device storage

DiscCam currently stores collectibles and related app data locally on your device. There is no DiscCam account, DiscCam cloud sync, or DiscCam cloud backup. Local data may be unrecoverable if you delete it, uninstall DiscCam, lose or damage your device, or replace it without transferring the relevant device data. You are responsible for keeping any exports or other copies you want to preserve.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to bypass DiscCam’s security.
• Do not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it.
• Do not use DiscCam for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not copy or redistribute DiscCam’s software or protected brand assets in a way that infringes rights or falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation. This does not prohibit ordinary screenshots, reviews, or social posts showing your DiscCam creations or normal use of the app.

Third-party services

DiscCam relies on Apple and Google for billing, RevenueCat for purchase processing, Firebase for analytics and diagnostics, Vercel for hosting, and Apple Music for catalog search on iOS. Instagram/Meta, TikTok, and operating-system services support user-requested sharing. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability is outside DiscCam’s control.

Availability and changes

DiscCam may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, DiscCam is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Nguyen Nhut Truong will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of DiscCam. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Vietnam unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Questions about these terms can be directed through the Support page.
